The 166-room property is owned by affiliates of 1754 Properties and Argosy Real Estate Partners.

Following the overhaul, the hotel features a new dining venue, upgraded guest rooms, a modernised lobby with a coffee shop, a fitness centre, and revamped event and meeting spaces.

Design agency Jacki Arena Interiors was tasked with infusing the spirit of Jacksonville into the hotel, leading to a complete redesign.

The hotel’s new look is inspired by the surrounding coastline, rivers and nature reserves, creating a resort-like atmosphere that blends outdoor elements with the interior design.

“Fuelled by our dedication to exceptional service, we look forward to introducing our guests to an elevated experience within the reimagined and revitalised property. One of Delta Hotels’ signature amenities is the fully stocked Delta Pantry, which invites Marriott Bonvoy Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador Elite members to grab complimentary continental breakfast items, premium beverages, and snacks 24/7.”

The hotel offers 163 rooms and three suites, with large workspaces, upgraded bed linens, mini refrigerators, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located near local attractions and business hubs, with rates starting at $150 per night.

It is well-equipped for business travel, with 3,795ft² of renovated meeting space, including five event rooms that can accommodate up to 180 people.

In addition, the upgraded property features Delta Grill restaurant and Bridges Coffee Shop, which provide locally sourced dining options while the gym offers modern equipment with views of the pool area.
