Juniper Networks has expanded its partner program, adding in new provider designations, go-to-market (GTM) benefits and tools.
Named Juniper Partner Advantage 2024, the networking operations vendor claims the changes will help partners use artificial intelligence (AI) for IT operations (AIOps) to offer managed network services for increased reliability, agility and reach.
One of the
new additions is a new Partner Assured designation, with the vendor saying that
it provides partners "who have rich Juniper practices with third-party
validation from Information Security Systems International (ISSI) of their
capabilities across the customer lifecycle".
Also
available is the Managed Network Provider designation, which Juniper said was a
transformation of its managed service provider (MSP) designation with new AI
capabilities.
There is also
a new Advisor designation, which is said to reward partners "for
influencing customer decisions and optimising customer success.
Outside of
designations, Juniper said it is adding acknowledgement of partners' vertical
expertise to the program, which the vendor said provides recognition "for
those with rich vertical GTM [go-to-market] motions" and proficiency.
The update
also brings with it account mapping, GTM concierge services, investment and
dedicated planning through the customer lifecycle.
The last
addition of the update is the Deal Central Dashboard tool, which Juniper said
consolidates partner deals, quotes and marketing leads, allowing partners to
respond in two hours or less for 80 per cent of commercial deals and six hours
or less for strategic deals of less than $250,000.
Last year,
Juniper's partner program changes included new incentives and
tools through a networking-as-a-service (NaaS) model.
