Dieuwertje Blok has cancer in her nose and must undergo a nasal amputation. She is resigning from her work for radio and television, she said in conversation with De Volkskrant on Friday .
It is a very nasty, difficult and almost unimaginable situation that Dieuwertje has found herself in, but she handles it with the humor and optimism that we know from her.
